Federated Clover Secure Email

Federated Clover is fully committed to providing our clients with the safest and most secure environment for exchanging sensitive and/or private information via email.  In order to give you the peace of mind that your personal information (social security number, bank account numbers, etc.) is completely protected and safe, we have implemented two methods to secure our electronic communications:  Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Web E-mail Delivery.  Each of these systems enable the “encryption” of electronic communications that is unreadable to anyone but the intended viewer or receiver.

How Secure Email Works 

The first time you receive a Federated Clover secure email, you will be prompted to create a username and password as well as answer three security questions.  You will use this password each time you receive a Federated Clover secure email.   A secure email will have the “Secure Envelope Notification” text in the subject line of the email.  To respond securely to the email, simply click on “reply.
