Joe is responsible for equity research in the Energy and Utility sectors. Prior to joining the equity research team, he held several positions in Federated Clover's Fixed Income department including Client Portfolio Strategist, Portfolio Manager, and Credit Analyst.  Joe joined the firm in 1995 and is a 1991 graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego with a major in Applied Mathematical Economics.
